NEOMA Business School would like to actively contribute to collaboration between partners on tangible initiatives and innovations that will collectively advance global responsable leadership within our institutions and for tomorrow’s wider business community.
We have widely deployed an initative called NEOMACT, a new scheme to empower students to become positive actors for change from the time they arrive at NEOMA, in line with the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), thus instilling confidence in their ability to take action and transform companies and society. This new scheme, co-constructed with students, aims to fight eco-anxiety through action. We have implemented a training programme for all students, teachers and staff on environmental and sustainability issues, raising awareness across the whole school community.
Neoma has also recently expanded our partnership with the Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS), one of France’s leading think tanks specialised in geopolitical and strategic issues.
We are widely implementing pedagogical initiatives in all programmes so that NEOMA students develop an innovative mindset and a forward-looking approach to dealing with change, sustainability and ecological challenges/opportunities, geopolitical instability and technological advancement.
Neoma is also widely considered as being a leader in pedagogical innovation, and a major actor in the French business school community on issues related to AI. With 19 innovation awards in 6 years, NEOMA is recognized as an innovative school and has been committed for many years to a Test & Learn approach for pedagogical innovation. This year, the School notably launched an AI training program for its entire community (students, faculty, and staff). Over 10,000 students have already been trained.
